Judge Shows Predictive Coding Love

It looks like predictive coding is having a Happy Valentines Day. Law Technology News reports that Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Peck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ordered the use of predictive coding in a case and will issue an opinion on it in the near future.

This may pave the way for a standard way to request the use of predictive coding in a case and maybe even accepted methodology for implementation.
